The fee we charge is for designing, planning, and coordinating your wedding, dealing with all issues that arise along the way. Our goal is to make the planning as stress-free as possible and to make your wedding day perfect. In general, the amount we charge is based either on the number of guests or is a percentage of the overall cost of the event. In certain cases we will charge an hourly fee. We will always agree with you – in advance –
either the fee structure or the actual fee, with a one-third deposit payable on signing a contract that will specify the goods and services to be provided.
We understand that couples have different requirements in terms of the amount of planning help and coordination they need for their big day. For this reason we offer different levels of service, each with its own independent fee structure. These are summarized in the following tables. |DESIGNER & DAY OF: Need help in coming up with a great look as well a someone on hand the big day to make that look come to life? Someone as well to manage all the other details of wedding you have planned on your own. Then look no further as we love to help make events beautiful and we love even more a beautiful and well run perfectly executed event. Fees vary from event to event based on many variables. Fees for this service begin at $2,500.00|
|PARTIAL COORDINATION/THE TAKE OVER: Once location has been booked, menu chosen and many details of the event have been agreed upon, most if not all the vendors hired. You still have to put the puzzle pieces together, and are feeling overwhelmed. You want to be stress free in the months leading up to your big day, and the last thing you want to be doing on yourwedding day is spending all your time making sure things run according to plan, and managing your vendors. Fees are based on individual needs, location of event as well as where plans are at time of us taking over. A custom package is created for each client based on individual needs. It will usually be a flat fee, Fees starting at $3,500.|
|FULL COORDINATION from concept to completion, with particular emphasis on design and the selection and management of all vendors and locations. The planning process will typically start around twelve months from the date of the event. We however can plan with any given time. The fee for this service is based on many variables from location, Guest Count, Number of requested services, Intricacy of design, Number of venues utilized for each event, to name a few. Fees for full coordintation starting at $7,000|
